RICHARD Tanfield IV

OWNER/CEO/COO

Rick has been running the day-to-day operations of TLV for nearly a decade. A graduate of Pennsylvania College of Technology, a Penn State University affiliate, Rick holds a degree in forestry. With over 25 years of experience in the industry, Rick is a master log grader, an experienced logger, log buyer, heavy equipment operator, log yard operator, and businessman. He is a proud father, softball coach, garlic farmer, and outdoorsman.

CHRISTINE TANFIELD

OWNER/OFFICE MANAGER

Christine has decades of experience as an office manager in other industries, and brings that wealth of experience to TLV. Her computer, accounting, and people skills help the office to run smoothly and support the operations staff. Christine is a great softball mom and the boss of the CEO.

Founder

Rich started working in the log and lumber industry with his father from the time he was old enough to keep up with him in the woods. He is a master log grader, an expert veneer maker, and a veteran of the industry with vast experience in buying standing timber, logging, hauling, heavy equipment operation, mill operation, log yard operation, and business. He is a family man, former little league coach, former town councilman, and proud member of the North Pocono community.

Donna Tanfield

Co-founder/Comptroller

Donna has been Rich's right-hand for over 50 years, and continues to lead the financial side of TLV. Donna handles payroll, accounts payable, and accounting. She is a proud mother and grandmother, former religious education teacher, and an enthusiastic long-time North Pocono Trojans sports fanatic.

DENISE VANBRUNT

OFFICE SECRETARY

Denise is new to TLV, but comes to us with years of experience in retail operations management. She is the friendly face who will greet you when you come into the TLV office, who gets drivers in and out with all of the right paperwork, and makes sure every single log is in the system where it is supposed to be.

DANNY DESANDIS

HEAVY EQUIPMENT OPERATOR

Danny has been at TLV for so long, he's an honorary Tanfield. A veteran and an experienced equipment operator, his skill keeps the logs moving and the equipment running.

BILL HAVENSTRITE

HEAVY EQUIPMENT OPERATOR

Like Danny, Bill has been around a long time and is an excellent equipment operator. Without him, TLV simply doesn't run. Log pickers and loaders are like an extension of his own hand!

DREW VANBRUNT

HEAVY EQUIPMENT OPERATOR

Drew is the newest member of Team TLV, but he's already an important member of the team. He's a jack of many trades and he gets the job done!
